We are very interested in showing single adults how to imagine, create, build, and eventually own platforms and nonprofits that make their lives meaningful.

 

To do this through Varsity Mentors, the aspiring and adventurous person must come to live in a Varsity Mentors house for a time, in order to have continuous meaningful conversations about the projects and platforms we have in the works and for which we are looking for leaders.

The time spans and costs are as follows:

• 1 month, $400 (room and board)

• 2 months, $700 (room and board)

• 3 months, $1,000 (room and board)

The successful applicant will have to commit 15 hours a week to intense and immersive discussion, and must either work part-time or be involved in a reading program through Varsity Mentors.

At this time, we have space for 4 applicants at our Cuyahoga Falls, OH, location. Applicants must be single, have a high-school diploma, be over 18, and have a driver's license. There is no age limit, so if you are 25, 35, 45, 55, or 65, feel free to apply if you feel strongly about this. Applicants who move past the first stage will need to provide three references and undergo a background check (paid for by applicant, around $50). There is no application fee. Not all applicants are accepted.
